- Orders are processed and shipped out within 48 hours Monday-Friday.
- Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Please allow for 24 hr. processing time. Any orders placed after 5:00 p.m. of Friday will not be processed until Monday. All orders are shipped within two (2) business days. Orders shipped via standard flat-rate delivery should arrive three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States.

- Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the customer received order for a refund or within 30 days from the date the customer received the order for an online store credit. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price once the item is received by JHA.
- Please note: Shipping cost for all returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- All merchandise must be returned in the original condition that it was delivered. Items with scratches, damage, dents, or marks of any kind will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to sender and subject to shipping charges. Purchased items that are returned for a refund MUST be returned with original packaging in order to receive a full refund.
- Please note: All clearance items and/or sale items with a discount of 40% OFF or more are Non-Refundable and FINAL SALE! These items CANNOT be returned for a refund or returned for a store credit.
- Holiday Return Policy: All orders placed between November 1st and December 25th must be postmarked by January 10th to be eligible for Store Credit. All other orders fall under the regular return policy.
- If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two business days so we can correct the issue. JHA only refunds shipping charges for defective/damaged merchandise.

- Complete the return form that is included in your order and include it inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.
- Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping cost is solely the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your records. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
- Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification.
