RETURNS & SHIPPING

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

• FREE Shipping offered on all orders over $75.00
• All orders will be shipped for delivery within 3-5 business days at a flat rate of $5.50.
• Most orders are shipped via UPS or USPS when possible. All orders are based on size, weight, and destination of package. When ground delivery just isn’t fast enough Customers may choose to pay for other shipping options.  "Priority Express" or other faster delivery options will be shown to you at checkout.
• Orders are normally processed and shipped out within 48 hours; however, we are only open for business Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Please allow for 24 hr. processing time. Any orders placed after 5:00 p.m. of Friday will not be processed until Monday. All orders are shipped within two (2) business days. Orders shipped via standard flat-rate delivery should arrive three (3) to five (5) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. 
• Jubilee Home Accents is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages/items. All orders are sent with tracking. After the package has left our location, tracking is the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Please note – Due to the “Shipping Crises” currently happening in the U.S., there may be delays with shipping times during the holidays.

(NOTE: the customer is responsible for providing us with the correct shipping information. Any fees or extra charges incurred due to wrong shipping information provided by the customer are their responsibility.)

 RETURNS:

• Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the customer received order for a refund or within 30 days from the date the customer received the order for an online store credit. A refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price once the item is received by JHA.
• Please note: Shipping cost for all returned items are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• All merchandise must be returned in the original condition that it was delivered. Items with scratches, damage, dents, or marks of any kind will not be accepted for a refund and will be returned to sender and subject to shipping charges. Purchased items that are returned for a refund MUST be returned with original packaging in order to receive a full refund. 
• Please note: All clearance items and/or sale items with a discount of 40% OFF or more are Non-Refundable and FINAL SALE! These items CANNOT be returned for a refund or returned for a store credit.
• Holiday Return Policy: All orders placed between November 1stand December 25^th must be postmarked by January 10^th to be eligible for Store Credit. All other orders fall under the regular return policy.
• If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two business days so we can correct the issue. JHA only refunds shipping charges for defective/damaged merchandise.

RETURN PROCESS:

• Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items may be returned to you at your expense. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of damage, scratches or dents and marks of any kind. 
• Complete the return form that is included in your order and include it inside the package with the item(s) you are returning.
• Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping cost is solely the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your records. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit. 
• Once your package is received, please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification.
